OFFICE CLOSURE

  • Un-patch all network equipment, servers, security, etc.
  • Un-rack, pack UPS, PPDM
  • Un-rack and pack Switches
  • Un-rack and pack Routers
  • Remove APs on ceiling
  • Pack, tape, and label all equipment in boxes provided and gather for shipment

NEW OFFICE, OFFICE RELOCATION, OFFICE INTEGRATION

  • Rack\Install\Relocate all network equipment from old office to new office

  • In some situations, un-rack, move and reinstall UPS, PPDM

  • Un-rack, move and reinstall Switches, Routers, Access Points

  • Assist with the connectivity implementation and failover testing

  • Assist with circuit bandwidth stress test to validate the bandwidth for the two network circuits

  • Assist the staff to complete patching of equipment, workstations, and offices

  • Patch all server, security, AV, and copier/MGD locations

  • Provide local network connectivity and troubleshooting support for Security

  • Provide local network connectivity and troubleshooting support for desktop support team

  • Provide local network connectivity and troubleshooting support for server relocation team

  • Provide photos of each rack with location, floor, room etc.

  • Pack, tape, and label all remaining equipment in boxes provided and gather for shipment

  • Decommission IT Hardware. (wiping, de-rack, cabling cleanup, storage, shipping, disposal & documentation)

  • Co-ordinate with vendor for Pickup, Destruction & Documentation

  • Co-ordinate for site Decommissioning & Closure, Project Management, Processes and Tracking
